Tweetsie Railroad – Railroad Heritage Weekend
Celebrate the golden age of steam locomotives at the Tweetsie Railroad Heritage Weekend on August 24-25, 2024, in Blowing Rock, NC. Enjoy rides behind historic locomotives, including a special 1870s vintage No. 5 Coach Car for a $5 donation supporting railroad preservation projects. The weekend includes locomotive shop tours, a memorabilia room with historic artifacts, and an exclusive evening photo session on Saturday.
